So last night, I had the most amazing thing happen to me. Two of our friends, John and Sara, arrived at our house bearing a gift - a very heavy gift. It was addressed to me and our godchild helped me open it, since he helped me wrap it. In this box was the nectar of the Almighty Himself - Dublin Dr. Pepper. A full 24 cans of it.
If you have not had Dublin Dr. Pepper, you do not know what you are missing. What an amazing thing - to have friends like that, and to have Dublin Dr. Pepper here in Washington state.

I find it interesting how we can so soon stop appreciating the finer things in life. We have Dublin DP here in cans, flats, glass bottles and even 2-liters. They sell it in almost every store. Takes the fun right out of it! By the way, for the discriminating lover of DP, there's nothing like an ice cold Dublin DP, straight out of the little glass bottle. And no, it tastes nothing like a "Looney" DP.
